UHMWPE processing
Joint replacements may have parts made of UHMWPE, so we have special machines for working tibial inserts for knee replacements (fixed and mobile) and acetabular cups for hip replacements.
Production is in temperature and humidity-controlled environments without oil mist.
Machine tools are cooled without oils and downstream washing processes are duly validated.
